Appointments are pre-booked visits on-site with each client

A private room where there will be no other people is essential
(Headphones will be used in the session)

Special furniture is not required, just two chairs and a table for a laptop

Special lighting is not required, just a quiet room

A variety of stroboscopic light patterns will be offered to each client to help determine the optimal program

Brainwaves will also be recorded for a baseline analysis and to compare as the sessions progress

An addendum of the session will be sent to each client's private email - includes the notes and screen stills of brainwaves in motion

All data is strictly confidential and the recording software does not share it in any way

Following the application of three electrodes across the forehead ( the EEG monitor is quick to apply) the real-time analysis on consciousness can begin. Ecstasis use a two-channel brainwave system measuring your brainwaves from the 'prefrontal' region associated with executive thought processes. such as decision making. The brainwave software graph shows levels of relaxation, quiet mind and calmness as well as concentration

fter an hour the brainwaves are recorded again and the 3d graphical analysis shows that by combining these techniques the electromagnetic activity (EEG) in your brain naturally begins to follow the frequencies of the light known as Brain Entrainment over time. Realtime changes are shared with the client after each session as part of the ongoing consultancy and development

I make light-driven installations that stimulate (behind closed eyes) colourful patterns of phosphenes: ‘form constants’ and ‘Flicker’ visuals intrinsic in these ephemeral artworks during which I also monitors percipients’ brainwaves using a portable EEG system. In the 1950s these were triggered by Neuro Scientists for clinical research into epilepsy and mescaline’s effects using strobe lights, this revealed a wealth of patterns known as ‘Entoptics’ that appear very similar to early cave art
